Macadamia oil is 100% pure and an excellent skin care and hair product. It is exceptionally resistant to oxidation, which is often a good reason why it is widely used in make-up sunscreens. Macadamia oil is one of the few oils with high concentrations of palmitoleic acid, which is a component of human adipose tissue. Used as it is, it facilitates tanning, its moisturizing power and softening makes it suitable for aging skin. Great for stretch marks, cracks and scars. Ideal for the delicate skin, prevents peroxidation of cellular lipids. Penetrates quickly into the skin.

Extracted from ready-to-eat Macadamia integrifolia seeds( from the Macademia Ternfolia Tree), which are grown for edible nuts. The macadamia nut is also known as the "Queensland nut". As the title suggests, it is endemic to Australia, where it can be a staple of native diets. The Macadamia nut was originally developed in Hawaii in the 1930s and later became a native plant.
